Tuesday night at midnight I realized that we had saved all of our Republican candidates and office-holders in Collin County. There was a massive turnout of voters and I believe we in Collin County may have had the highest turnout percentage-wise in the State.

We could not have won without the hard work of hundreds of volunteers over the last six months and particularly the last three weeks as we walked door to door, manned the polls with smiling, engaging Republicans, and as we gave over and over again in time, talent, and treasure.

I have one conclusion from this — We can win again in 2020 but it will take the Republican Party in Collin County to rise up now, to work now, and to unify now to win then.

The fight for 2020 begins tomorrow, but today we rest.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for caring, for working, and for standing for Collin County, Texas, and the United States. Thank you for being Patriots and Republicans. Thank you for being the kind of people who stand proud knowing we fight for the right principles at the right time in the right place.
